GFWC Woman’s Club of Indio proudly presents its 2022 annual fundraiser, A Day at the Races! Here are important details:

When: March 5, 2022

Where: At beautiful Heritage Palms Clubhouse Ballroom

44291 S. Heritage Palms Drive, Indio

Time: Doors open at 10:00 a.m.

A Day at the Races will be lots of fun and it features something for everyone: a delicious luncheon, entertainment, terrific silent auction and opportunity drawings, unique vendors, a photo booth, a horse race, and a Truly Fabulous Hat Contest! So be sure to wear your best hat for a day at the races and enter your name to win. Valet parking makes arriving super easy!

This is our Signature Luncheon Fundraiser where we raise the majority of our community service project funds, including funds for our scholarship program, our community outreach programs, our literacy programs – and so much more. Your participation not only enables you to enjoy a fun event with your friends, it also helps to fund our efforts and supports our mission: to enhance our community through active, committed and civic-minded participation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Because this event is entirely indoors and out of concern for the safety of all attendees, all guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID to attend. At check-in, please be prepared to provide proof of COVID vaccination (card, copy or digital record). Thank you.
